Being in San Antonio this weekend for the Final Four is going to be exciting – with or without game tickets. There is so much to do downtown near the Alamodome and all the Final Four frenzy as well as all over the city. If you have tickets, enjoy the games! The lineup is great. Official NCAA Final Four Events Open to the Public
Final Four Fan Fest
Held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, the NCAA will bring a 4-day Fan Fest sponsored by Capital One. This event celebrates all collegiate sports not just basketball. You will find a sports wonderland of interactive games, special celebrity and athlete appearances, autograph signings, and much more. You can buy tickets online or at the door. $10/adult. Kids 12 and under are free. If you are a Capital One card holder, you have access to special hours so be sure to check out the website for details.
March Madness Music Festival
This outdoor music festival from Friday to Sunday at Hemisfair is filled with live music, food and fun. Also, it’s FREE! Here are the headliners of the March Madness Music Festival: Jason Aldean on Friday, March 30; Luis Fonsi and Imagine Dragons on Sat-urday, March 31; Panic! There are The Final Four does have a strict bag policy for safety. You will not be allowed to carry large bags in most areas. Carry small clutch bags 5.5″ x 8.5″ or a clear bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″. If you like to share on social media, double check their cam-era policy. All individuals will be subject to search upon entry.
Parking downtown may be challenging this weekend. Consider using VIA’s Park and Ride or other options like Coca Cola’s free pedicab rides, Buick’s Fan Shuttle or Rio Shuttle Service.

Tip Off at the Top of The St. Anthony
Start the Final Four weekend with the Tip Off at the Top of The St. Anthony where you will be able to see the beautiful San Antonio Skyline. Enjoy a hip bar and DJ party mu-sic. Tickets are $10.
2018 Final Four Celebration Weekend
The 2018 Final Four Weekend Celebration is being hosted by Tony G’s Soul Food Restaurant in St. Paul Square, right at the heart of San Antonio and blocks from all the action at the Alamodome.
For all 4 days of the events, the street will be blocked off for a block party format. Each day, doors open at 8am, food and drinks will be available. There will be a cover charge from 5pm – 2am with a themed DJ and live entertainment.

Jack Daniels is hosting two events on two different days during the Final Four Week-end. The first event is “Midnight Madness” on Friday, March 30 at LIVE Ultra Lounge. The event kicks off at 9:00 pm. The second event is “Day Party Madness” on Saturday, March 31 at 8811 Patio Bar. The event runs from 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
