There’s cold beer and then there’s cold beer that’s been brewed locally with locally grown ingredients. The best brews usually started in someone’s backyard or garage and even when it was good enough to batch and sell, often they were delivered via personal vans. San Antonio has plenty of great local brewers in and around our city and while they’ve grown out of minivan deliveries, they are still proud to be local. Here are a few of the best brews in town.
